The Bexley Arts Trust (BAT) is a non-profit group and our mission is to encourage the arts in and around the London Borough of Bexley.

We are run entirely by volunteers whose passion encourages everyone to get creative.

About the Bexley Arts Trust

Bexley Arts Trust (BATS) continues the work of the former Arts Council of Bexley our aim is to promote arts in the local area and encourage everyone to get creative.

We run two open art and sculputure exhibitions every year at Hall Place in Bexley and hold social events including demonstration evenings, artist talks and member evenings. Day trips to exhibitions and social drawing events are also encouraged.

As a BAT member you will receive our newsletter, invitations to our demo evenings and preferential rates for submissions to our Open Art Exhibition at Hall Place twice a year.

Lots of our members are already part of the arts community in the area and operate local groups for you to join.

Winter 2025 Open Art Exhibition 

Friday 7 November - Tuesday 2 December at The Stables Gallery, Hall Place & Gardens, Bexleyy DA5 1PQ

Open: 10am to 4pm | FEE Entry | Disabled access available.

Submissions to the exhibition are now open until 24 October. To submit your work please download the form below and follow instructions. All work needs to be dropped off on Thursday 6 November and collected Wednesday 3rd DecemberEvery one taking part must steward as this event and a rota will be availbe to book in your slot when dropping off work.
